Default saving files

is there a way to save files from limewire directly to my harddrive, or are they already there, ive searched and couldnt find them, and once there saved directly on to my hardrive can i transfer them on to a cd? i have basic windows xp if that is relevant...thanks for your time

Files are saved to your HDD. By default, the Windows location is C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Shared

In LW, tools > options > saving shows you the location.

If you go to your LW library, highlight a file & then click Explore...your saved folder should open

thnx but i cant find the 'explore button' maybe i didnt look long enough but i still cant find it

At the bottom of the library page, next to 'refresh'
