Sorry to have to tell you, you were scammed. Where did you buy LimeWire & how much did you pay?

LW basic is free. LW Pro costs $18.88 & includes email support & free updates for 6 months. There's no lifetime/2 year/1 year etc membership. The only official site for download of either version is Lime Wire » Download LimeWire

After 9 months, there's nothing you can do about getting a refund from the scammers. Just put it down to experience & make sure to download only from the official site in future;)
