Default User Accounts in XP

Hi

Before I start I would just like to say that I have searched the forum and found some resolutions to my problem but none of them worked.

I have 3 user accounts setup on my Windows XP Home Edition PC (1 adminstrator and 2 limited accounts).

I have a Netgear DG834G router.

At first the only account from the 3 that could connect was my own account which is the administrator account. This did not require me to set any firewall rules in my router firewall. (Would I be right in saying that this would be handled by Upnp?).

I turned the other 2 accounts into administrator accounts to try and rectify the connection problem. This worked for 1 account but there is still 1 account not able to connect. If each account is using Limewire at separate times should the Upnp in my router allow each account to connect without the need to enter anything in my router firewall? It appears to work fine for 2 accounts.
Each instance of Limewire is listening on a different port.
