lime wire only at 50%

HOW DO I GET A 100% BACK ON MY LIME WIRE its been working like crap cant download with half strength or get anything for search when typed in and the fire wall is detected have unistalled and restalled numerous times and ever since version 4.14. came out i cant get it to work any more and wondering if there was any way to get 4.13 beta back instead of this 4.14 if any one can help i miss my working lime wire
