vlc media player

hello, I have windows media player now but when I preview my movies I dont have any sound, was wondering if vlc would be any better and how do I get it?? thanks

Yep it will play anything...

You can get one of these pacs as well, it will make WMP work again...

For XP this codec pac is very good
Download XP Codec Pack 2.0.8 - XP Codec Pack is one of the most complete codec pack
Or for Vista this pac
Vista Codec Package v4.4.8 (freeware)
