Crash on Bootup
 

Hi guys I am having an issue and I do not know how to fix it. Every time I start up Limewire or Frostwire it begins to load loads up and then right when the windows comes up(or before) it just crashes. Doesn't say anything just closes out. I've read up on this and none of the symptoms I could find matched mine. If anyone has any ideas or could help it would be much appreciated.:laugh_2:

Try deleting your LW Preference folder. Instructions in this thread points 2 & 3(check both locations): Fixes for Limewire.

Also try uninstalling your current version of java while LW is completely shut down. Go to the add/remove programs control panel and uninstall your current version of java. Now download and install J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 11(use the offline installer): Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11
