Resetting " browse host"

I turned this feature off, how do I reset to browse hosts?

I don't think you can turn that feature off. Some hosts can't be browsed. Either they're behind a firewall or they don't have any bandwidth available or they have "Chat" turned off.

Try browsing hosts from your search results and not from your uploads window. You'll have a lot more success.
