Hi there and welcome !

Now, YOU have to help us to help you, OK ?

We need to know about your computer setup as in what player are you trying to use for a starter...
ALL info about your computer, Operating System and installed programs will help all of the members here to guide you, right ?

So, what OS ?
What 'Player' program are you trying to use ?
Have you installed any CODEC Packs ?

If you are running a Windows OS, you may want to try downloading and installing the Cole2k Codecs package...
Just click on the same link in my 'sig' below...
This pack of CODECs (COderDECoder) will very simply 'fix' 99.9% of audio and video file playback problems.

Be SURE to download and install ONLY the Standard pack until you really know what you are doing.

Last, if the problem is related to trying to use the so-called 'player' in LimeWire (or any other of the p2p 'clients'), forget it ! Use something real that works !

Let us know how you get on, OK ?
