why does limewire disappear?
 
How come my limewire disappears when my screen saver comes on? And why when I go to click on it in the systray it disappears?
I have Windows XP Professional Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600, system model Dell DXP051, Total Physical Memory 1,024.00MB, Available Physical Memory 416.14MB, Mcafee,

It could be caused by your computer going into standby or hibernation mode. You could experiment a little to find out. Go to your Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > Power Options, and try setting them to never and see if it helps. To narrow it down just do one at a time.

power option to "never" dosent help!!!!!
 
ok dude i have the same problem as sueinperu....i start downloading stuff from limewire then i go to the other room for some time and wen i come back the comp has gone into idle mode and i click on my compartment of the comp and when i put the mouse arrow on limewire window it disappears and wen i go to the systray it vanishes from my sight instantly...so bacically my limewire shuts down every time my comp goes into idle mode....i tried ur remedy of putting both the power options to "never" but my comp is still going into idle mode and limewire is shutting down!!!! plz help me out!!!
