Help!! :( (Restoring Library)

Hey I did sth stupid... sth really stupid! I setted limewire so that all my downloaded files would end up in 'my music' because that is where i have all of my music files. When a week later or so(today) I went to the library of limewire and I saw that all my music files were there. I found that pretty annoying because I had about 300 songs, so I deleted them all. I got a message asking are you sure you want to delete these files? Because it didn't ask if I wanted to delete them from their original location, i assumed it wouldn't and I clicked yes. Then media player stops playing because: 'files are moved or removed'.. So I went to the folder 'my music' and all my music files were gone!!!:(:youmakemecry::(
Please, please someone help me!
Can I find these files again??
Please help!
