Default Wont Allow Me To Upgrade to Pro

I downloaded and bought Limewire pro before, pretty sure less than 6 months ago, and when I try entering my email address after clicking the link that says "Upgraded to pro already?" or something to that effect, it says either enter a valid email address (which I have) or that they cant find my email address when I know the one I provided is the correct one. Do I have to buy Pro all over again now or what?
