Changing Library to Desktop Folder

Hello there all,
I was just wondering how I would go about sending my limewire library to a folder on my desktop. Sorry if this question has already been answered, but I couldn't find it anywhere else. Thanks ahead of time.

Not sure of your OS but if it's XP then this will work.

Click Start, then click my computer. Now go to what ever drive you have your shared folder on ie, C drive. Find shared folder and right click the folder. Should see Send To. Now find Desktop (create shortcut) click and your done. Hope this helps. :D

I did something of this nature a little while ago and I'll admit I am in a bit of a pickle trying to reverse the process. Create a new folder on your desktop. Name it "music" for example then you can highlight all of the songs in your shared folder and just drag and drop them to the folder that you created on your desktop.

P.S. If you go to my post (my only one being that I just experienced the problem and signed up tonight) and know how to fix it that would be great.

Have a good day :)

You shouldn't save files directly to your desktop. It's better to create a shortcut on your desktop to the folder their in. You can still drag n drop files on the shortcut and it provides easy access to the folder. Follow Remoc's advice.
