Help!! (limewire won't start/error message)
 

Limewire won't start :(
I have installed it like 10 times, i changed install folder, i changed language..
Nothing works :(
I always get this message:
There has been an error in LimeWire and it has to be closed. Our apologies.
Search for errors - Close

I used it for over 2 months and it has been doing this since yesterday..

Try deleting LW's preference folder with LW completely shut down. Instructions in this thread points 2 & 3(check both locations): Fixes for Limewire. This will reset all your option settings, so make a note of them first.

Also try uninstalling and deleting all versions of java from your Add or Remove Programs Control Panel. Then download and install J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 11(use the offline installer): Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11
