transfering songs to mp2 player

I have done everything and I can't transfer all my songs. I've done everything, including clicking Explore and dragging the files onto my mp3's drive. It just keeps telling me "Cannot copy [song]; the directory or file cannot be created"

i'm so frustrated! :mad:
