Default Limewire Does Not Uninstall

I have Limewire 4.14.10, and it will not uninstall off my computer. Whenever I try uninstalling it from the Add/Remove Programs, I get this:

The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED)

---

I also get the same error message if I try using the uninstall.exe.

I want this off my computer because it has eaten my memory and caused my PC to run very slow. Help is appreciated. I cannot use any spyware programs or install anything because of low disk space caused by Limewire being on my computer.

Uninstalling via Add/remove programs is the wrong way to do it & can cause problems with remnants of LW being left behind!
Use your computer's search to look for all files & folders with limewire in the name. Delete what you find.

If you're having trouble deleting some files, boot into safe mode & see whether that helps.

Okay, I deleted what I could find. However, when I deleted one file, the other remaining file (which I could not delete as it would give me an error message) just simply disappeared. I am still experiencing low disk space problems, so I think it's still on the computer.

If I boot into safe mode, will I be able to delete the file? I think it was an .info file or something like that.
