Hello - Is there a way to see a list of all the files that I have downloaded and/or uploaded, even if I have restarted Limewire? I'm assuming that this data is stored somewhere (either in the UI itself or within a DAT file found in Program Files or something), but I can't figure out where this information is stored.

Not that I know of. Obviously you can look in your library to see what files you've d/loaded, but once you shut down LW the upload history isn't saved.
