Unhappy Constand downloading

In order to access Limewire I have to download it each time I start up my computer. Once downloaded I can access the program easily, but after restarting the computer I have to download it again. I run windows XP.

There is something you are not saying or missed off your list of equipment and software, I believe you are probably using Pest Patrol or one of its clones. You see Pest Patrol (and its clones) always deletes the LW.exe file on windows start up thus causing you to re-install LW whenever you need to run it.

I would suggest that you find this Pest Patrol (or its clone) and delete/uninstall it. To maintain your spyware protection you should install Ad-Aware 2007 and Spybot 1.5, they are both reputable and free.
