Default My Limewire used to Work, now Firewalled

Hello, can anyone help me. My limewire used to work fine, all of a sudden, now i have a firewall that i don't know how to prevent from stopping the program. Just for trial and error, i even uninstalled Norton Anti-Virus to see if that was blocking Limewire (after disabling Norton and not solving the issue) The Windows Security Firewall was also disabled. I don't know what to do. What other firewalls may I have that I don't know about? Any Ideas?

 Your Operating System: [Windows XP]
 Your version of your Gnutella Client: [Limewire 4.10.0]
 Your Internet connection (56K, Cable, DSL): [Comcast DSL]
 The exact error message, if one pops up [Starting Connection (but there is a Firewall)]
