limewire freezing the entire computer on startup

OH MY GOSH - I'm so frustrated!! My limewire has been locking up my computer, so I did the Java thing, un and reinstalled, removed the application file, etc, etc, etc,

and it is still freezing up the whole thing!!

No message, no popup, nothing. nada. zippooooo.

Any ideas from all of you great experts?!
