shifting your limewire library to make space

Hi there

I have a Sony VAIO VGC - M1 desktop, which has "C" 20GB and "D" 110GB hard drives. My Limewire library is on the "C" 20GB portion and I have now run out of space.

Can someone tell me how to safely shift the library from the "C" drive to the "D" drive so that iTunes and other media software will still be able to access and recognise the contents?

As well as this I want to set my limewire default to loading stuff onto the bigger "D" drive or into a separate partition. Can someone tell me how best to do this?

I am not sure if it my computer has in fact one big drive that has been partitioned or if it is physically two separate drives and am not sure how to find that out.

Many thanks
