someone gave me a tower to see if i can fix it.

well, it has a file called "partmgr.sys" and it locks up the boot system right at the bigginning. Even eo wheir i can not get into BIOS OR GET IT TO LOAD FROM MY CD ROM. THUS I CAN'T GET INTO C DRIVE.

The only way in is thrue a drive.

I tryed loading win xp boot floppys and it stops loading it self do to "partmgr.sys" file.

THE ONLY WAY IN IS THRUE A DRIVE,

I AM LOOKING FOR A FLOPPY SYSTEM PROGRAM THAT WILL REFORMAT C DRIVE FIRST. OR A BOOT FILE THAT WILL NOT TRY TO START/FIX WINDOWS. BUT INSTALL A CD-ROM TO GET A SYSTEM RECOVERY GROGRAM INSTALLED.

BOTTOMLINE IS DOES ANYONE HAVE A ****** IN FLOPPY, OR ****** IN FLOPPY THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD FROM YOU OR E-MAIL/
ANYTHING THAT WILL REFORMAT IS TOWER OF THEIRS.
