please i need help with limewire!!! please (files to WMP & PSP)

Okay well just started, i got the limewire basic...well i have downloaded 5 songs no problem....i dont' know how to move the songs around...like i want to put the songs on my psp...i also wanted to put the songs on my windows media....how do you do both of these please any help would greatly be appreciated.
