Help Please!!! (LW keeps opening & can't access options)

There is something wrong with Limewire. Every time I shut it down, it opens up again. It's really irritating me

. I even restart my computer but it still opens up. AND I tried going to Tools>Options. The option window comes up and closes like on 00.4 seconds every single time. I really need help and I will totally appreciate you guys helping me. Thanks
