A new fix for Limewire and Limewire Pro not opening!
 

Hi all,

Besides all the other fixes for Limewire not working here is another option.

Issue:
Limewire downloads from Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « :D

You install it :D

You go to run Limewire and it loads the first screen to 100% and then closes and does not run any further. :bangh:

An error file is created in the ProgrammeFiles/Limewire folder ...

Fixes:

:confused: - Try the Java fixes first that are posted here frequently and help most issues

:confused: - Try the Preference Folder fixes

New option:
Uninstall Limewire :(
Goto - Old Version of Limewire Download
Download version 4.12.15 :xirokrotima:

I have had this issue and have had no way to fix it except this. I will be contacting Limewire for a refund on my Limewire Pro as it would appear this is an issue with all versions from 4.12.15
This appears to be a problem for a very small amount of users but this may help.
