LW's media player is somewhat unreliable. Especially when LW is very busy. The player gets low priority of cpu from LW. Thus, either ignore or else, disable LW's media player & use your default player to play songs from LW. To disable, go to LW's menu bar, Tools > Options > Player. After that, when you launch or preview a song, your default player will open instead to play it.
