Upgrade not available after only 2 months of purchase full version!

Hi ... I've bought version 4.14 Pro back in December 2007, today when I try to download using the upgrade option, which I am entitled, the page is telling me my e-mail address is not correct, which is the same as I've received the link to download the last time I've purchased the full product. I will like to get the 4.16 upgrade before the 6 months passed.

Also, if I purchased 4.14 Pro at full price (I been using LimeWire for 5 years now), should not the upgrade to Pro Plus should cost less than the full product? If not, then what's the benefit of paying for the product all these years?

I think the upgrade should be good for a year not 6 months.

After you bought Pro, you would've recieved an email with a link to your personal download page. If you saved the email, find it & use the link there.

If you don't have the email, (providing that you bought Pro from the official site Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « ) send a PM to limenathan & explain what's happened.

There's no "Pro Plus"...do you mean Extended Pro (1 year)? That option's only been around since August 2007, so I'm not sure what discount may apply to that. Ask limenathan.
If you buy Pro for 6 months, you do get the opportunity to renew at a discount (around $14).

Thank you, fortunately I had the e-mail, I just download it but there is no reference to the version at that page, I hope is the most recent version, I will know when I install on my puter where I run LimWire.

I remember the first time I've bought the software the upgrade was available for a year, then I never paid attention for how long, but most companies will give you the upgrade within the year you bought the software.

In small text at top left of page under the LimeWire name will show the present LW version on your download page. BTW I highly recommmend you BOOKMARK your personal Pro download page. Over the last 4 weeks of support there will be a warning your support is nearing an end & there will be a discount offer to continue support. But this only lasts over that last month of support. So check that page periodically. Also, there is a 12 month extended option now which works out cheaper per 6 months than the 6 month offer. _____ I keep my pro downld page bookmarked for easy & quick access, & any warnings as suggested.

Yeah I saw the version there right after I sent the reply LOL!

I was kinda sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeping!

I also installed and the version was correct, I am cool now!

What confussed me was that before I used to go to the main page and click Buy, at the buy page you will be asked for your e-mail address, and it will go and check the status of your subscription and let you know if you were entitled to a free upgrade.
