urgent help needed (can't preview downloads)
 

im trying to download dvds for my kids,when i try 2 preview them it comes up with a message saying windows encountered a problem while playing the file..ive tried downloading mpg,avi,mpeg but none of them will work and just keep getting the same message everytime i try any of them!,is the problem with my windows media player?,i can download songs and they play perfect!.im using windows xp.Anybody have any clue to what the problem is? as its driving me mad!!!! :bangh: :confused:id be extremely grateful for any advice as im no computer wizzkid.lol.Thanks.Tanya

What is the name of the DVD file you are downloading?

was told to download mpg.also tried avi.mpeg 2,but with no joy
