Cant delete video on WMP

I had downloaded some stuff the other day and now I cant play the video I get an error that says the file may point to file thats been moved,renamed or deleted ????I cant find it in my shared file or on my LW library but yet I cant delete it from my library anyone have a clue of what I can do ????I have WMP 11 and Windows XP.....Thank U
