All asking the Same Question (Limewire crashing)

OK I have researched the questions of how everyone is having a problem with lime wire crashing and I have not yet found a solution, What is a proper solution?

I have been on this forum and on line for hours and still have not found a solution to stop my lime wire from crashing.

I would buy pro but I read even that didn't help.

I have

windows xp
lime wire version 4.18.3
Java version 1.6.0_03

Now I tried what i read but still no success in upgrading my JAVA deleting my limewire, etc.

is there a simple or accurate fix. Frost wire is also doing the same thing. it will not even load in my pc

Did you try and replace the gnutella.net file ??
