Cheers mate a shall give some of that a go and so what happens, will let you know wat happens.
But i do have norton , which seems to be working well, in addidtion i keep getting loadds of protection pop ups.

Same "Error" window is now popping up continuously on my desktop too!!! I am going to follow those suggestions and see if that works.
I definitely know I got a Virus/Worm and I need some serious help so I will post my problem in the right spot because I don't think this is it!? Later...
