error 1607 on win2k pro

when trying to install limewire on windows 2000 pro. i keep getting the message "1607:Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Runtime" what do i do. please help! i've tried everything i could find throughout the F.A.Q.'s and nothing works if you know anything please HELP!
