Angry HOLY HELL! My limewire wont play songs anymore

About 5 minutes ago i shut down limewire and i downloaded the new version. it played eratically. i played a song and at the beginning it froze. i pushed start play stop i tried other songs. nope. didn't work.

so i shut down limewire and restarted it.

now songs wont even enqueue or play.

ive tried right clicking and selecting launch. double clicking the file. clicking launch. trying to enqueue. its completly ****ed

The lime wire player sucks.Try useing a nother player like the Vlc player.you can set up your limewire to use a nother player.Go to Tools>Options>Player>And Un tick the use limewire media player. And it will revert to another player that you have on your windows system.

See if the files will play with Windows Media player. if they won't I would say theres a good chance you have downloaded bogus files disguising themselves as music files.
Therefore I would run a good Antivirus over these files and check that they haven't been compromised or virus files pretending to be music files. Read as many of the "Sticky" posts as you can. hopefully you will find something among them that can help you.
