Can't change share status of some files

Hi guys, I can't seem to get some files to be shared. Even ones that are directly in the Saved folder. If I right click and choose to share a file it doesn't change. Sometimes a folder will say it's shared but nothing inside is.

Any idea what could be preventing it from working? I've tried checking and unchecking the "don't share sensitive file types" option but it has no effect.

I don't think there's a filter that's blocking it, since some files are being shared that have similar names. And the ones I'm trying to add are videos I recorded myself so I know they don't exist anywhere yet.

Any help would be appreciated.

If that don't work come back and repost your exact problem again and hope that one of the moderators spots it and helps you solve your problem.
