You will need Converting Software to do this. Have to convert the AVI File to DVD Format and then you will be able to burn to disc.
Nero is Software that will convert and burn. I use AVS Media. Generally these Converting Software Programs are NOT Free, but they usually offer a free trial version to try before you buy.
There are Several Programs that will do this, so you may try Googling to see what is available. Hope this helps.
