removal of LimeWire Files

Hi,I'm llooking for info on how to remove LimeWire 4:16.6 music files.Previously I tried to download a file but I couldn't.It said Need More Sources.I tried to cancel it but it keeps coming back.Please send me any info you have on this problem.My operating system is Windows XP.My email address is [email][EDIT]/email].
