moving files from shared to saved
 

ive searched and searched and searched and ive tried everything i can to figure it out. i want to move some of my files from my shared folder to my saved folder. i tried just making the individual file not shared anymore and then it just disappeared. how can i solve this problem and get them in the saved folder?thanks in advance.

Saved Files folder is a psuedo folder, it doesn't actually exist on your computer. It shows all files you have downloaded. Shared files lists those you are sharing but is also your download folder. You can choose to share or not share a particular file by right-clicking it and choosing one of those options. :)

yeh but the files in the shared folder are not also in the saved folder. i want them all in the same folder. when i try to right click and hit dont share file it just disapears and doesnt go in to the saved folder. thanks for the help

Saved folder only shows files for a period of time. Not sure how long that is on windows. Shared shows what files are shared in the folder. If they are listed in red, then they are not being shared.

To see what files are really there:
For fast & easy access, go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & the folder will open up for you.
