Make Media Player Work And Library Show Up!

Hello, for 2 weeks I've been reading people say that their media player won't work and nobody has stepped in like admin or a moderator to help. Also, my library, shared files nothing shows up. I'm a long time user and this is so annoying and posting with no answer is useless. Somebody please fix this!!!!!

Shared files will show up if they are still being shared, after taking above course of action.

As for player not working, I am aware some people sorted it by re-installing LW.

I don't use LW on windows at present. I use it on a mac.

And btw ... think for a moment and post in the correct section of the forums in future.
