Can't even open LW when I click on it !

Hi,
I have Windows XP "Edition familiale" 2001 and I just download the last version of LW PRO. First I had a problem with the connection which was still at the lower level after few hours.

Now I can't even open LW when I click on the link. I don't know what to do. I don't want to pay again LW PRO so Shall I give LW totally?

How can I contact LW directly.
My files show error document as "hs_err_pid1176" (more than 20 like that).

I've been trying to find a solution after one month. I gave up.
I'm very disapointed by your lake of service and the fact that the free version worked during years and the PRO just stop everything for me.

Now I would like my money back.
