windows ME, libraried songs do nothing when launched

had to recover my system. windows ME. limwire 4.12.6 installed. suddenly, nothing libraried will play when launched. nothing happens. all other functions work. the blue progression bar in the lower right hand corner doesn't even register anything.

any suggestions?
