Quite annoying problem

Yesterday I've been downloading .torrent files and trying to open them using Limewire. (They didn't work if it's relevant). After I closed Limewire, it started again after a few minutes. I closed it, but since then, it's been popping up every few minutes. I tried restarting my computer. After that didn't work I unistalled Limewire. Now it's attempting to run, failing (since there's no program to run), and sending me an error message. How do I get rid of it?

Sounds like you may have become infected. Try this

AVG(free) might be able to fix it. Be sure to update it before you scan your computer: AVG Free Advisor: AVG Anti-Virus Free, then follow the prompts.

Once AVG has fixed the Problem you can delete it if you want to. AVG seems to catch problems other AV's don't catch.
