How to run ISO FIles

I have downloaded some software from limewire, but i don't know how to run/install it. It only wants to open with a cd burning program that i have.
would be greatful if you could give me a guide on how to run the file successfully.

PowerISO - Create, Edit, Compress, Encrypt, Split, Mount, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive should do the trick ;)
