can't delete file

i downloaded a file but can't delete it now. it says when i go to delete it that it's still being downloaded or being used in another application. HELP!!

Close LW, wait a few mins & try again. If still no good then see Incomplete Download File won't delete at all (click on link)

If you don't want to close LW, go to Monitor and kill the upload. You should then be able to delete the file immediately.

If you had just downloaded it and also listened to it; click another song to listen to that way it isn't on your media player. This should work and you should be able to delete it.
