Unknown error with playback

Please help. When trying to playback dowloaded music files I get the following error: Limewire cannot play the file (path). There is a unknown error with this file.

I use Windows XP SP 2 and Window Media Player 10. The sizes of the files seem to be fine. Except for the duration only shows 0:00:01 when viewed in Explorer.
