excuse the pun, but im a little "retarded" when it comes to computers.. Here is my issue.
Ex: I download "***" by the f***. When i transfer it to my mp3 (easy as pie) it registers under unknown artist. I right click properties and cant seem how to edit the artist or genre. Im sure this is a quick and easy fix, can someone help? I run windows XP, and have the latest version of Windows media. One more thing, not all files are under "unknown" just a few. Some files only have the details in their file name & not the id3 tag. That's probably the problem. Normally within the audio program you can add the tags yourself.
