Sometimes it takes up to 99% before the system is sufficiently activated and for it to recognise that a file is corrupted. Try downloading a more well known file from a established artist and see what happens then. If those files make it through the 99% barrier then you know that those files really were corrupted and to try again using the artists name as well as the track name because generally you will get more hits on the file you are looking for. If every track comes back as corrupted then it's back to more reading of those "Sticky" threads at the beginning of each forum to try and find an answer to your problem. Sometimes where there is only a couple of files available for a particular artis people (idiots) put corrupted files on the web deliberately to make it harder for people to get good downloads. If this is happening on the same computer where your files are good but hers are corrupted i'd sooner say she was just unlucky and those files really were corrupted and to keep trying in the hope that she can find good uncorrupted files. Remember that you are more likely to get more hits on a particular song when you put the song name as well as the artist in your search criteria.
Good Luck!
