Help: bringing songs from limwire to IPOD!!

plz help. i cant bring my songs from limewire to my ipod. they r in a playlist but wont go to my itunes music.

sighs ... How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes) {click on link} ... ie: ignore the LW Playlist you see in iTunes.
