Loading Internationalization support .....

Hi, i'm having a problem with my limewire basic. I used to have an older version of limewire, that worked well for me for a long time, but recently was having troubles connecting to the network(1 bar). I figured i needed an update to help with the problem, so i recently(2 days ago) updated my old version of limewire to the new 4.18 basic version. The installation went fine , without any problems, i have the same version on my desktop computer with windows XP, i now use a laptop with Vista. Everytime i open 4.18 it opens up and begins to load, but gets to a part where at the bottom in the loading bar, it just says "loading internationalization support" and just keeps loading, i've left it sitting for a long time and nothing changes, i've tried everything that i thought would work and nothing has seemed to help, can anyone help me with this problem???
