Limewire won't let me close Tip Box?

You know the two boxes that come up when using limewire? Telling you the tip of the day, and asking if u would like to upgrade to LimeWire Pro? Well i try to close the Tip Box, but it won't let me click the "later" button. Then when i press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and end limewire, it says something like, "limewire cannot shutdown, because it is waiting for a response from you".
