Problem deleting movie files from my hard drive. Please help!
 

I am having a problem trying to delete some movie files from my hard drive that I downloaded from Limewire. It doesn't happen on all the files I'm trying to delete, just a few, which is really annoying as I want to free up more space on my pc and yet it won't let me.

This is the message that appears when I try to delete the file below, and I would appreciate any help from anyone who knows how to combat this please.

The thing is I do not know what 'other program' is using it to run.

reboot your computer and immediately delete the files..

if that fails boot into safe mode and then delete the files..
