ugh...my limewire says starting connection forever...pls help!
 

:blink: my limewire says starting connection and never connects. i havent been on in a couple of months and for some reason when not used regularly this happens. we have added address to norton security and have done everything else in the world it says to do...my firewall icon shows but shouldnt have any effect on the program. can someone please tell me what else to do. OS is windows vistsa

Start with the Fixes here and if no luck post back. Pay paticular attention to deleting the Prefs Folder and Replacing the Gnutella.net File.

thanks! i went up to connections and disabled the auto connect and opened and manually connected and it went to turbo charged connection almost immediately...geesh! do you know of any reason i would have to do that?
